Refund/Cancellation Policy
The following terms are applicable for any subscription/courses that you purchased with us.
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to write to use (via email: amcc@chefalka.com) within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the email. We will try to use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If we are unable to use the same method of payment then we will contact you for other available options.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any purchased subscription/courses that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular priced subscriptions/courses may be refunded. Unfortunately, subscription/courses on sale cannot be refunded.
This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
