Vegetable Soup Recipe

Soup is a liquid cuisine that often contains chunks of solid food and is cooked using vegetable stock, meat, fish, or lentils as a foundation. It is traditionally served warm or hot. It's usually savoury and produced by boiling vegetables, meat, and other components in stock or water. The term "soup" comes from the Latin word "suppa," which means "soaked bread in broth."


Soup is also known as broth, stock, stew, and more variations. Broth is a thin soup made from meat or vegetable stock. Chowder is a thick soup that includes shellfish, fish, fowl, veggies, and cheese. Soup is essentially a mixture of items cooked in water or broth. Gazpacho is a type of cold soup. Consumption of soup reduces the risk of obesity. But because soup sippers tend to eat more salt, it could negatively impact our blood pressure.

I love vegetable soup. As an innovator, I always change my recipes, but I never changed this one because it is near to my heart.

This vegetable soup recipe is delicious, healing, and comforting for my family and students.

I always use seasonal vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, cabbages, peas, sonic, sweet potatoes, and beans instead of high-rated veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, etc. The vegetables are a flexible part of this recipe.



Let's begin:


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4 adults


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil refine

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 cup diced carrots

  • 1 cup green peas

  • 1 cup chopped tomato

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1/8 cup chopped coriander

  • 2 chopped green chilli

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 4 chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp black salt

  • 1 tsp vineger/ lime juice

  • Salt as per taste

  • 1tsp oregano

  • 1/8 cup chopped beans

  • 1 pinch chili flaks

  • 1 Tbsp rice flour/potato starch/sweet potatoes boiled & mashed.


Process:

  • Heat the oil in a pan,

  • Keep the medium slow flame and add the bay leaf in the pan.

  • Add garlic,

  • Sauté it,

  • Add crushed black paper,

  • Add ginger garlic paste,

  • Add green chili

  • Add carrot,

  • Cook for 1 minutes,

  • Add all chopped veggies,

  • Then cook for 2 minutes,

  • Add ginger and garlic paste,

  • Add salt as per taste

  • Cook it medium flame,

  • Bring it to a boil then reduce the heat & simmer it for 15 mins,

  • Cook all the veggies properly,

  • Mash it properly then stir it,

  • Add chili flax, black pepper, black salt, oregano, Vinegar or lime juice,

  • Serve it hot in a bowl, sprinkle green coriander leaf.

Note - You can also add some tomato ketchup to make it more tasty.
